Marco Panconesi, an Italian native and a fixture of Parisian nightlife, launched his jewelry label merely two years after graduating from Polimoda, my own university. Despite his recent debut, he has already collaborated on a capsule line with Net-a-Porter and partnered with Mugler and Peter Pilotto. Prior to his current role, he served under Riccardo Tisci at Givenchy, Alexander Wang at Balenciaga, and Demna Gvasalia; today, he oversees accessories for the Fenty fashion house.

His signature designs feature scattered semi-precious gems and pearls that sparkle across ears, necks, and wrists, evoking the night sky. While the pieces exude opulence, they remain accessible, with prices beginning at $90. Panconesi frequently cites the 1970s as his muse, a influence evident in his love for epoxy resin and his “constellation” pieces, which echo the work of French designer Pascal Morabito, whose creations are now exceedingly rare, found in only three antique stores globally.
